This plugin allows your users to have the capability to share videos from Youtube and other popular sites with each other. This plugin is designed as a alternative to the Social Engine video plugin by offering admins a solutions that doesn’t require dedicated resources yet utilizes one of the worlds largest video communities. Does this store the youtube video id in the database. I have a custom player that i currently use that is integrated with the youtube api. it needs the youtube id in order to play the video
It stores the embed code in the database but any developer can tweak it todo that also. Support for custom players with a advert module is planed for the future as well.
